## Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through the estate's fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2). 2 of the 10 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 8 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 0 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere. The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source in day (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences), so N counts sources, never sentences; 13 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded. The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): one row per acceptance criterion, separating the three things every commercial page mixes: what the LAW forbids (no regulated credit agreement under 18), what the REGULATOR requires the lender to assess (CONC 5's creditworthiness and affordability tests), and what is only a given lender's own policy (a full licence, a minimum income, an active IVA) - with the lender-policy column counted ACROSS the authorised firms in the register dataset, so the answer to 'can I get car finance on a provisional licence' is a number of lenders that say yes, not an opinion; beside it the statutory constraints a borrower is already under (the IVA protocol's credit ceiling, a judgment on the register)
